Installed a ColourNet system with Zack in Leeds, had a stonking hangover as we went out with Duncan the previous night where we saw Peter Davison (Doctor Who) and made Dalek noises after drinking lots of absinthe! Hmm... Was with BMS - 29

NYC - Had a great break with Mark, Tina and Steve was absolutely freezing -7 and snowy and windy. Was very odd to go back with no Twin Towers. With OpenPSL

Spent the day in Brighton; pretty sunny, caught the sun - there's a surprise. Great day, chilled and with friends. Guess I'm 33 now! Went with Andrew and Cat & Dave and Sally & Lee and Keiran and Rich (see pics and phone-vid) and of course Karaoke on the Pier... Lazy 'year off' bum!

St Remy, France. Fantastic weekend with Andrew, John & Dan and Paul & Judith. Met some fun people from the States (Susie & Gil) Great weather and plenty of wine! IT Manager at the Erith Group.

Road Trip!! Drove down to Sitges, stopped at John & Dan's (Provence) and my Dad's (Montpellier) drove down to Barcelona and then on to Sitges (it's like Brighton but in Spain!!). Decided to drive all the way home in one go... 14 hours door-to-door (376 tracks on the iPod)

John's 50th 40th birthday in Miami and Key West. Tropical Storms in Miami - 2 hours of rain and by hour 3 it was like it had never rained. Key West, glorious sunshine and, as always, incredibly relaxed and an amazing vibe.

Returned from a fantastic road trip around the West Coast. Finished in a Police station with numerous complications, it's a long story - but everyone (except the guilty party) are fine.

Paris - Hot, sunny and fantastic. Great food and drink and some great sightseeing. Why do we not go there more?

Marrakech - Great holiday with Andrew and Billy. Spent the day at the second highest waterfall in Africa, in flood! Amazing sight and very glad of the hot mint tea

Tenerife - Andrew and I went to the top of Mount Teide, ate and drank too much and had a really wonderful break together.

It seemed fitting that at the end of the run of dates I should spend it in the best city in the World - London. Dan and I went on the London Eye, visited the Aquarium, had lunch at the OXO Tower, drinks in Selfridges, dinner in town (thanks Dad) and more drinks on Soho. Being a tourist in your home town is great!
